THE HELMET SHELL

The unique production methods used for SCHUBERTH helmet shells ensure low weight while maintaining optimal stability. Direct Fiber Processing (DFP) is one of SCHUBERTH's innovations. It involves an endless reel of glass fiber that is cut into pieces by a robot and blown into a mold. A precisely defined amount of resin is added to the preform, which is then compressed under high pressure in a heated mold to create an extremely strong helmet shell.

The multi-component construction of the inner shell allows for exceptional force absorption, thus increasing safety.

PERFECT VENTILATION

• Thanks to our innovative head vent, your head is well ventilated in the helmet even on longer rides.
• The ventilation channels are now integrated into the helmet shell, so that particularly high air circulation is achieved.
• Exceptional driving comfort thanks to excellent ventilation.
• In addition, the helmet has remarkable aerodynamics: directional stability, no lift and no buffering - thanks to the shape developed in the wind tunnel

The M1 PRO is optimally prepared for riding with and without a visor.

Thanks to the new acoustics with an optimized neck cushion and noise reduction around the mechanical devices, the M1 PRO achieves approximately 85 dB(A) at 100 km/h on a naked motorcycle.
