The motobg.eu online store and the services offered in it operate under the terms and conditions mentioned below. Use of the website implies acceptance of all listed terms and conditions. Therefore, if the user does not agree with one or more of the rules of use of this site, he has the right to refrain from using it, otherwise it is automatically considered that the user accepts all the conditions.

Registration
Registration is necessary to contact you and the data received (names, region, city, postal code, address for delivery and correspondence, contact phone number and email) will be used only for the needs of delivery. Fill in your data in Bulgarian (Cyrillic) and check that everything is entered correctly. The user provides his data voluntarily and thereby gives the right to their official use by the store staff.
The registration of a new user is done from the registration form, available from the front page of the site or during the order itself. By filling in the data, an account is created, which facilitates subsequent shopping. If you do not wish to register, you can place an order as a guest of the store with a simplified procedure. In this case, however, you will not be able to review your previous orders and possibly take advantage of PROMOTIONS AND BONUSES when offered ot motobg.eu
How to shop at motobg.eu ?
If you have already made your choice and decided to buy a product from motobg.eu , you must go to the individual page of the product you have chosen and click on the Add to cart button. It will take you to the next page showing the status of your cart. Here you can adjust the items and quantities you have requested. To delete a product, simply press the red "X". Using the Refresh button, you can always see the current status of your cart. Once you have decided that these are the items and quantities you wish to purchase, you should proceed further using the Order button. It will redirect you to the page where you need to identify yourself as a customer, if you already have an account on motobg.eu , to register as a new customer if you have not yet done so.
1. If you are a registered customer , you must enter your email and access password and press the Login button.
2. If you are a new customer , register and continue the order.
3. If you want to place an order as a guest of the store, select the product you want and go to its individual page. Click the Add to Cart button and you will see the desired product and its quantity. Press the Order button, where you can choose the way you want to order - in this case - Order from a guest , in the third position.
On the next page you will see your data. Please check and correct if there is any change before pressing Next Step button. On this page, you must select payment and shipping methods. If you would like to receive a VAT invoice, please tick the Do you want an invoice? In the field below, you can fill in the data for its issuance or give other special instructions. In order to prepare the document, it is necessary to provide us with complete data: company name, EIC, address, MOL. In case you have any remarks or special instructions, you can also write them in this column.
The Next Step button will take you to the confirmation page. There you will confirm your final order and the amount to pay. To do this, please press the Finalize order button.
I forgot my password, how do I log in again with my old account?
At the top left corner of the screen is the Login button, press it and you will see a Forgot Password link. Enter your email address and you will receive a password to login to motobg.eu .
How do I see the status of my orders?
To see the status of your orders, you must log in to your account after logging in to the Login menu (located on the left side, in the column of categories immediately below them) and press the Orders button.
Delivery and Payment!
The motobg.eu team reserves the right to change the method of delivery and payment.
The shipping price that is visualized is INDICATIVE! When packing the product/s, it is possible to calculate a different shipping price. If there is a change, we will contact you for confirmation before sending.
- The delivery time is up to 24 hours (for goods available in stock). The order must be received in the on-line platform by 16.30 on the day preceding the delivery.
- Orders with "Free Shipping" are delivered to an Econt or Speedy office
Warranty and Complaint
The warranty conditions of each product are individual, and complaints are approved by the manufacturer (supplier) of the product.
Warranty and claim are accepted after inspection of the item/s in question, for which purpose they need to be returned to the Merchant, with delivery costs borne by the Customer.
When making a claim for a complaint, the packaging with the product labels must be provided together with the accompanying documents with which the goods were received.
Return and exchange
The user has the right, without owing compensation or a penalty and without giving a reason, to refuse or return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, provided that they are returned in the form in which they were received, unused and undamaged commercial type. The goods are returned together with all accompanying documents and the transport costs are covered by the digger. This is mentioned in Art. 55 of the PPE.
