RFX Pro Series FE 250 SPECIAL EDITION Rear Sprocket (Steel/Aluminium) - 520

The RFX Pro Series Armalite sprockets are designed and tested at the highest level by the best racing teams from the World and British Championships.

The two-ring design ensures maximum gear performance, reduced weight thanks to the 7075-T6 aluminum center, and long tooth life thanks to the high-carbon steel outer part.

Armalite gears also feature a hex drive between the inner and outer rings, which is a revolutionary technology for gears and maximizes the drive between the two parts and reduces the force on the rivets to zero unlike the competition.

Features:

  • CNC 7075 Aerospace Aluminum Inner Ring
  • HCS outer ring
  • Hexagonal drive between inner and outer ring
  • CAD designed profile for ease of use.
  • New style mud clearance channels to reduce wear.
  • The rigid construction increases torsional strength.
  • Colored anodizing for a factory look on the bike.

Installation instructions:

  • Start with the bike on a stand with the rear wheel raised off the ground.
  • Remove the chain and wheel from the bike.
  • While holding the hex key, loosen the nuts using a wrench.
  • Remove all nuts and the old sprocket.
  • Clean the hub, making sure it is clean and free of dirt.
  • Take the new sprocket and place it on the hub, making sure the bolt holes are in place.
  • Clean the sprocket bolts and nuts.
  • Apply blue loctite to each bolt and insert it into the holes.
  • Screw the nuts onto the bolts by hand, making sure that the locking seals are intact and in good condition.
  • Hold the hex wrench in place and tighten the nuts evenly.
  • Increase the torque of nuts and bolts in accordance with the operating manual.
  • Place the wheel back on the bike, making sure the chain is properly aligned and tightened according to the manufacturer's specifications.
