Rear sprocket RFX Pro Series RFX Pro Series NX 650 DOMINATOR (RD02) (Steel/Aluminium) - 520

RFX Pro Series Armalite sprockets are designed and tested at the highest level by the world's top and British racing teams.

The double ring design provides the best gear performance, reduced weight thanks to the 7075-T6 aluminum center, and long-lasting tooth life thanks to the high-carbon steel exterior.

Armalite gears also feature a hexagonal drive interface between the inner and outer rings, this is revolutionary gear technology and maximizes drive between the two parts and reduces the force on the rivets to zero unlike the competition.

Pro Series Armalite Sprocket Features:

  • CNC 7075 Aerospace Aluminum Inner Ring
  • HCS outer ring
  • Location of hex drive between inner and outer ring
  • CAD designed profile for ease of use.
  • New style mud cleaning channels to reduce wear.
  • The rigid design increases torsional strength.
  • Color anodized for this look of the factory bike.

Installation instructions:

  • Start with the bike on a stand with the rear wheel raised off the ground.
  • Remove the chain and wheel from the bike.
  • While holding the hex key, loosen the nuts with a wrench.
  • Remove all nuts and the old gear.
  • Clean around the hub, making sure it is clean and free of debris.
  • Take the new sprocket and place it on the hub, making sure the bolt holes are in place.
  • Clean the sprocket bolts and nuts.
  • Apply Blue Loctite to each bolt and insert it into the holes.
  • Thread the nuts onto the bolts by hand, making sure the locking seals are intact and in good condition.
  • Hold the hex wrench in place and tighten the nuts evenly.
  • Tighten nuts and bolts in accordance with the owner's manual.
  • Place the wheel back on the bike, making sure the chain is adjusted, aligned, and tightened according to the manufacturer's specifications.
