The goal was to produce a lever assembly that was extremely robust, included an oversized quick adjuster for easy on-the-go adjustments, a rubber boot that covered all internal parts of the lever, increasing service intervals, a lever with a pivot point bearing, and a lever ratio that provided positive yet gentle clutch actuation.
