ADAPTIVE IMPACT SYSTEM (AIS)

  • The three-layer composite hull is composed of carbon fiber, DuPont™ Kevlar® and fiberglass, creating a lightweight shell with excellent durability.
  • Impact Energy Cells Engineered by RHEON, Impact Energy Cells maximize the absorption of low-velocity linear and rotational impacts by reducing the forces transmitted to the brain
  • Conehead® EPS technology provides a softer liner where the cones help to more effectively manage or absorb impact force. The six critical zones are fine-tuned for progressive response to low and high speed impacts.
  • The expanded EPS volume means strategic areas of the helmet have more shock absorption

CONSTRUCTION

  • The expanded polypropylene (EPP) chinstrap creates an additional impact cushioning element and is used in the chinstrap for its exceptional damage resistance and energy absorbing properties.
  • The collarbone area creates a soft zone filled with EPS and EPP to help reduce injuries and
  • Individually shaped rubber liner with integrated nose guard

WEIGHT

  • 1340 grams +/-50 grams (MD/LG size)

VENTILATION

  • True Functional Ventilation (TFV) - When in motion, air is pushed through multiple vents, then passes through aligned vents in the EPS and exits through multiple rear vents
