• The Atem V5 Leather Jacket is a racing jacket developed and optimized for sport and naked motorcycle racers, and features a wide range of features, technologies and materials developed for racing, including a special “race” cut with pre-curved shoulders for maximum riding efficiency, full-length Alpinestars Flex Plus “Race” leather, race-proven shoulder and elbow protection, while providing an optimal level of rider comfort.
• The Flex Plus “Race” cowhide construction is 10% lighter than regular cowhide, while providing 80% more adaptability for superior freedom of movement, an ultra-adaptive racing fit, and increased resistance to wear and tear.
• 3D body modeling for improved body fit during competition.
• Dual-density DFS RR shoulder and elbow protectors for superior friction control.
• Ready to use on Tech-Air® 5 and Tech-Air® 3.
• Hook and loop neck closure with large built-in flap for secure closure.
• Ergonomic hook-and-loop cuffs and a zippered sleeve on the forearm for ease of use.
• Optimized speed hump for better aerodynamic performance and improved ventilation.
• The hump is equipped with a chamber for placing a hydration bladder.

• Alpinestars’ composite stretch technology, A-CS® Plus, stretches the torso panels for exceptional breathability, comfort and freedom of movement, as well as being lighter and lower profile than a traditional leather accordion panel (A-CS® Plus panels are approximately 9% lighter than leather panels). Another key benefit of using A-CS® Plus is its superior stretchability; A-CS® Plus has approximately 30% elongation and offers a 300% increase in tear resistance compared to HRSF (Hyper Resistant Stretch Fiber), as well as a 600% increase in tear resistance compared to leather.
