• The GP Plus v4 also features Alpinestars Composite Stretch Plus, A-CS® Plus, a material for the side of the torso and shoulder blades of the suit that provides lower weight and greater flexibility and freedom of movement. With A-CS® Plus, the stretch ratio provides 20% extra elongation and tear resistance is increased by 300% compared to leather. Another advantage of using A-CS® Plus is that it offers high breathability at a lower weight and lower profile than leather accordions.
• The GP Plus v4 features lightweight and breathable Flex Plus perforated racing leather on the torso of the suit for optimal ventilation, especially when the suit is worn with Tech-Air® airbag systems such as Tech-Air® 10 or Tech-Air® 5.
• Providing the impact protection of the GP Plus v4, the suit has race-proven GP-R elbow, forearm, knee and shin armor as well as Nucleon Race shoulder armor built into the suit, resulting in a CE AAA rating. To provide maximum rider protection, the GP Plus v4 is also fully ready for use with the Tech-Air® 5 or Tech-Air® 10 airbag systems and provides a convenient forearm pocket for the Tech-Air® 10 remote LED panel.
