The SCHUBERTH C5 represents the new era of flip-up helmets, the result of 20,000 engineering hours, 2,000 helmets tested in the SCHUBERTH environmental and wind test laboratory and more than 400 hours of real-world test rides on German roads.

SCHUBERTH 's legacy in the Flip Up segment started over 20 years ago with THE CONCEPT, the first ever SCHUBERTH flip-up, and since then SCHUBERTH has been in a process of ENDLESS EVOLUTION that has led the company to repeatedly redefine benchmarks. The C5 is a lighter yet safer helmet, with a shell design that is more modern and aggressive, yet quiet at the same time.

During the development of the C5, our technicians spent more than 200 hours in the SCHUBERTH proprietary wind tunnel optimizing the design of the helmet shell. These studies, together with a new neck concept that ensures a perfect seal to the lower part of the helmet shell, allowed the C5 to achieve a remarkable result of 85 Dba at 100 km/h on a bare bike.

The SCHUBERTH C5 is the new, extremely modern helmet in the SCHUBERTH helmet collection. It is the first helmet to be approved according to the new ECE-R 22.06 standard and has a double P/J homologation. The SCHUBERTH C5 combines outstanding safety, incredible aerodynamic and aeroacoustic characteristics with a compact and lightweight design that continues the iconic and timeless "C" philosophy. The interior with its exclusive personalization concept offers an unparalleled level of comfort.
