The X.R3R model is an uncompromising sports car, with an impressive design and the best technology brought over from modern motorsport, aimed at the most demanding conditions and emotions of the race track.

In motorcycle racing, speed is key, and aerodynamics play a crucial role – because that extra kilometer per hour can mean the difference between victory and defeat, the aerodynamically optimized design of the X.R3R lightweight shell not only reduces air resistance, but also optimizes air mass flow for interior cooling.

NEXX has put significant effort into improving the aerodynamic efficiency of the X.R3R's body, visor, spoilers and vents.

The need for good aerodynamic design requires wind tunnel design. However, testing begins virtually on the computer with virtual CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis, which allows for better and more informed decisions. These results are then supported by wind tunnel tests, 1:1 scale with a motorcycle, and road tests, which confirm the aerodynamic performance of the helmet at different angles and riding positions.

• An aerodynamic helmet that focuses on speed, with improved ventilation and an added set of safety features.
• Every detail in the design of the outer shell and external components is designed to reduce drag and ensure maximum efficiency.
• At the same time, air resistance is reduced, optimizing the flow of air mass for cooling the interior. The air is directed specifically through the top and side swirls to the rear, where it increases the effectiveness of the new racing spoiler concept.

A translucent racing-style spoiler extension can be added to improve stability at high speeds.

The X.R3R's complex aerodynamic concept is designed to maximize its performance, with 0 dynamic weight at 160 km/h.

The X.R3R has a superior ventilation system, promoting airflow through the helmet from front to back.

With six air ducts and four exhaust vents – you can have complete control over how much airflow you get through the helmet to keep your head as cool as possible under the pressure of track riding.

• The elongated shape of the chin vent helps to draw in more air, with an effective channeling system to disperse clean air across the visor and face area.
• An additional intake vent is also built into the bottom, made of anti-vibration rubber, which can be easily opened and closed via a switch from the inside.

X.R3R's comprehensive sound insulation concept includes Vortex generators in the chin area to reduce aerodynamic drag and lift and a double rubber sealing profile around the visor configured to improve sound insulation.

Special anti-vibration pads are placed under the viewfinder mechanisms to absorb and evenly distribute vibrations.

Helmet interior:

• All parts of the lining are removable, washable and feature X-Mart Dry technology - soft to the touch and a special fabric.
• Quick and easy drying.
• Antibacterial.

The X.R3R cheek pads are designed with a special internal pocket that functions as an adaptive system that can be fine-tuned to the Racer's preferences.

In a quick and easy way, this system allows a set of foams of different thicknesses to be added to obtain a tighter fit in the cheek area, resulting in a more balanced, safe and flexible helmet on the track.

Shell:

• The model is available in three shell sizes
• EMERGENCY STRAP V2 - the shell is made of a combination of high-strength fiberglass, aramid and carbon fibers.
• The liner system is Multi-Density EPS - there are 5 different zones with different densities for maximum impact protection in key areas around the rider's head.
