The outer shell is made of HPC Carbon and is available in 4 separate sizes - one for XS and S, second for M, third for L and fourth for XL and XXL.

The helmet is developed in a wind tunnel for maximum results

Aviator 3 offers multiple systems:

AMS2 Plus (Airoh Multiaction Safety System Plus) - Airoh's patented safety system AMS² consists of two hemispheres, the so-called shells with different material densities, interconnected by rubber elements, the main purpose of which is to reduce the risk of brain damage.

What is different about the AMS2 Plus is the material used for the inner shell, the one that is in contact with the head. The material, with essential properties to dissipate kinetic energy in case of impact and memory shape to guarantee an adaptive fit and excellent comfort, is the heart of the AMS2 Plus.

AEFR (Airoh Emergency Fast Release) - a system for quickly removing the insides in the cheek area in case of an accident.

AMLS (Airoh Magnetic Lining System) - the inside of the helmet is fixed with magnets

Airoh - AHS (Airoh Hydration System) - a hydration system that is built into the EPS shell of the helmet
