The all-new SM5 helmet is the result of more than five years of intensive research, development and testing. We have carefully studied every possible aspect to construct a helmet that is safe and carefully designed to provide optimal protection and comfort.

This lightweight helmet features a thermo-injected shell featuring a special polymer blend reinforced with varying degrees of thickness, which is designed to provide an optimal combination of impact protection and low weight, while the five-density EPS liner provides the right density in the right area for better shock absorption.

Other key design features include an engineered raised pad area to effectively reduce forces transmitted to the clavicle and a patented visor release system that ensures the visor is released with the correct predetermined force regardless of impact angle.

The lightweight outer shell is made of technologically advanced impact-resistant thermoplastic in two sizes.

- Internal and external surfaces are designed to minimize the effects of oblique impacts.

- Inner insert with multiple densities to ensure the right density in the right area for better shock absorption.

- A patented visor release system ensures that the visor is released with the correct predetermined force regardless of the angle of impact.

- Maximum ventilation and high levels of heat exchange thanks to multiple air inlets and outlets.

- The visor is designed to direct air to vents to improve airflow.

Stainless steel D-rings that provide a tight and secure fit.

- Size Medium weighs 1260g (ECE) 1380g (DOT).

The SM5 helmet meets DOT certification and ECE homologation requirements for worldwide use.

Features:

The side shell with soft EPS foam prevents damage to the clavicle in the event of a collision.

- The emergency release system and removable cheek pads allow the cheek pads to be safely and easily removed while the helmet is still on, and the 3D contoured foam provides rider comfort.

- Removable comfort lining with antibacterial fabrics treated with Silverplus® for excellent moisture wicking, effectively wicking sweat away from the skin.

- Antimicrobial lining is removable and washable.

- Channels for hydration tubes are integrated into the cheek pads of the helmet for comfort and efficiency.

- Soft textile chinstrap is 26mm wider than certification requirements for optimal rider safety and comfort.
