THE HELMET SHELL

The unique production methods used for SCHUBERTH helmet shells ensure low weight while maintaining optimal stability. Direct fiber processing (DFP) is one of SCHUBERTH's innovations. It involves an endless spool of fiberglass that is cut into pieces by a robot and blown into a mold. A precise amount of resin is added to the preform, which is then compressed under high pressure in a heated mold to create an extremely strong helmet shell.

The multi-component construction of the inner shell allows exceptional force absorption, thus increasing safety.

PERFECT VENTILATION

• Thanks to our innovative head vent, your head is well ventilated inside the helmet even on longer rides.
• The ventilation channels are already integrated into the helmet shell, so a particularly high air circulation is achieved.
• Exceptional driving comfort thanks to excellent ventilation.

The M1 PRO is optimally prepared for riding with and without a viewfinder.

Thanks to new acoustics with an optimized neck cushion and noise reduction around the mechanicals, the M1 PRO achieves approximately 85 dB(A) at 100 km/h on a bare motorcycle.
