The handle is mounted to the handlebar frame. The U-shaped metal pin is dedicated to the steering wheel frame with a diameter of 1.25cm to 2.5 inches. The handle components are made of corrosion-resistant metal. The kit includes black plugs to be placed over the exposed ends of the U-bolt and a special adapter (RAP-319U).
